How do I create a NeuralCrowd account?

Visit member.neuralcrowd.com/register to create a free account. Your account is also created automatically when you make a purchase — credentials are emailed to you instantly after checkout.

How do I change my email address or account details?

Log in at member.neuralcrowd.com/dashboard and go to Settings → Profile to update your name, email, or password. If you're unable to update your email there, email hello@neuralcrowd.com with your current and new email address and we'll update it manually within 24 hours.

How do I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

Automatic receipt: Gumroad (books) and Stripe (AI Course) both send an email receipt immediately after payment. Check your inbox for emails from Gumroad or Stripe.

Need a GST invoice? Email hello@neuralcrowd.com with your order number, registered business name, and GSTIN. We'll send you a proper invoice within 48 hours.

How do I set up instalment payments for the AI Course?

The AI Mastery Course offers 0% interest instalment plans (6–12 months depending on package). To set up instalments, join the waitlist at neuralcrowd.com/aicourse and select the instalment option during enrolment. The monthly amount is automatically calculated based on your chosen package. How do I access the bonus toolkits included with my book?

Your bonus toolkit links are included in the download email from Gumroad. Each book has separate download links for the book file (PDF/EPUB) and each bonus item. You can also access them from your member dashboard.

What format are the books in and how do I open them?

Books are delivered as PDF and EPUB. Open PDF with any PDF reader (Adobe, Chrome, Preview on Mac, or your phone's default reader). Open EPUB with Apple Books, Google Play Books, Calibre (desktop), or Kindle (via email-to-Kindle).

💡To read on Kindle: email the EPUB to your Kindle email address (found in your Amazon account under Manage Your Devices). It will appear in your Kindle library within minutes.
