How do I purchase AI Maxims?
Visit the order page and choose your format (Digital, Print, or Audiobook). For the full toolkit, select "Digital + Full Toolkit" ($9.99). Click the purchase button and complete checkout via Gumroad.
How do I download the book after purchase?
Check your email within 2 minutes of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation from Gumroad with a download link. Click the link to download the PDF (300+ pages). Save it to your device for offline reading. If you don't see the email, check spam/junk folder.
How do I access the member portal?
Your confirmation email contains login credentials. Visit access-login.html, enter your email and password. Inside the portal, you'll find all 7 bonuses: prompts, tools database, videos, automation templates, and community access.
I didn't receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder — emails from Gumroad sometimes end up there. If still missing after 10 minutes, email hello@neuralcrowd.com with your purchase email address and we'll resend it immediately.
Can I access the toolkit on multiple devices?
Yes! The PDF works on any device (computer, tablet, phone, e-reader). The member portal can be accessed from any browser. You can log in from multiple devices with the same credentials.

How do I access the 25,000+ prompts?
Log into the member portal and click "Prompt Templates". Browse 60+ categories or use the search bar to find specific prompts. Copy the prompt, customize for your needs, and paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI tool.
How do I use the prompts in ChatGPT?
- Find the prompt you want in the member portal
- Click "Copy" to copy it to clipboard
- Go to ChatGPT (chat.openai.com)
- Paste the prompt and customize variables (like [YOUR TOPIC])
- Press Enter and let ChatGPT generate the response
How do I access the AI tools database?
In the member portal, click "AI Tools Database" to browse 900+ tools across 60+ industries. Each tool listing includes description, pricing, features, and a direct link. Use filters to find tools by category (writing, design, coding, etc.).
How do I download the video lectures?
Click "Video Lectures" in the member portal. You can stream videos directly in your browser or click "Download" below each video for offline viewing. Videos are in MP4 format and work on all devices.
How do I access automation templates?
Go to "Automation Templates" in the member portal. Download the templates you need (Google Sheets, Zapier workflows, email sequences). Each template includes setup instructions.
Account & Community
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link within minutes. If you don't see it, check spam folder or contact support.
How do I join the private community?
Visit the community page and choose your platform (Discord, WhatsApp, or Telegram). Click "Join" and you'll get an invite link. The community has 5,000+ members and is very active 24/7.
Can I change the email address on my account?
Yes. Email hello@neuralcrowd.com with your old email, new email, and order number. We'll update it within 24 hours.
How do I update my account information?
Log into the member portal and click "Account Settings". You can update your name, password, and notification preferences. For email changes, contact support.
Technical Issues
The PDF won't open. What should I do?
Make sure you have a PDF reader installed (Adobe Acrobat, Preview on Mac, or any PDF app on mobile). Try re-downloading the file. If the problem persists, email support and we can send it in a different format.
Videos won't play. How do I fix this?
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser (Chrome works best)
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Download the video for offline viewing instead
- If issues persist, contact support
I can't log into the member portal. Help!
- Make sure you're using the email address you purchased with
- Check that Caps Lock is off
- Try "Forgot Password" to reset
- Clear browser cookies and try again
- Try a different browser or incognito mode

The download link expired. Can I get a new one?
Yes! Email hello@neuralcrowd.com with your order number or purchase email. We'll send you a fresh download link that works for 30 days.

How do I request a refund?
Email hello@neuralcrowd.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your order number and purchase email. We'll process it within 24-48 hours and refund to your original payment method.
I was charged twice. What should I do?
This is rare but can happen. Email support immediately with both transaction IDs. We'll investigate and refund the duplicate charge within 24 hours.
Where can I find my receipt/invoice?
Check your email for the Gumroad confirmation. It contains your receipt and invoice. You can also log into Gumroad with your purchase email to download receipts anytime.
