Books are delivered as PDF and EPUB. Open PDF with any PDF reader (Adobe, Chrome, Preview on Mac, or your phone's default reader). Open EPUB with Apple Books, Google Play Books, Calibre (desktop), or Kindle (via email-to-Kindle).
The HD video lecture series is cloud-based. If videos aren't loading: check your internet connection speed (minimum 5Mbps recommended for HD), try lowering video quality settings, disable VPN if active (some VPNs block video streaming), or switch to a different browser. All session recordings are uploaded to your course portal within 24 hours of each session. Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the Course section to find all recordings. Recordings are available with lifetime access — they never expire.

Once your refund request is approved (within 24–48 hours of your email), the refund is processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to show the credit. Total time from request to visible refund is typically 7–12 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

If a dispute has already been raised, email us with your order number and we'll work with the payment processor to resolve it fairly.
