Third-Party Retailer Purchases
Physical books purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, etc.) are subject to those retailers' refund policies, not ours. Please contact the retailer directly for returns.
After 30 Days
We cannot process refunds for purchases made more than 30 days ago. Please ensure you request a refund within the guarantee period.

- Confirmation: Within 24-48 hours of your request
- Processing: 5-7 business days to original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 days depending on your bank
Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
Course-Specific Refund Policy
AI Mastery Course
- First 30 Days: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 30 Days: No refunds, but you can pause enrollment
- Completion: If you've completed more than 50% of course content, refunds may not be available
Partial Refunds
We generally do not offer partial refunds. If you purchased a bundle and only want to return part of it, please contact us at hello@neuralcrowd.com to discuss options.
Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your access to digital products will be revoked
- You will be removed from the private community
- You will no longer receive updates or new content
We trust our customers and do not require you to "return" digital files, but continued use after refund is prohibited by our Terms of Service.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of our refund policy, such as:
- Multiple refund requests for the same product
- Requesting refunds after consuming all content
- Evidence of content redistribution or sharing
