Can't log in to my account

Can't access recordings
  1. Check if you're logged into your student dashboard
  2. Recordings are uploaded within 24 hours of session
  3. Verify your enrollment status and payment
  4. Try refreshing the page or different browser

Video/audio issues during live class
  1. Check your internet speed (minimum 2 Mbps)
  2. Close unnecessary apps and browser tabs
  3. Turn off video if audio is choppy
  4. Use wired connection instead of WiFi if possible
  5. Watch recording later if connection is poor
Assignment submission not working
  1. Check file size (max 50 MB per file)
  2. Verify file format is allowed (PDF, DOCX, ZIP)
  3. Try compressing large files

Payment not reflecting
